I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were gorgeous, clean, and had a cozy home-like feel; truly 5-star quality. The service was exceptional, with incredibly friendly and helpful staff always ready to assist. The location was perfect, right in between Accademia and Ponte Vecchio, with easy access to all the landmarks of Florence. The dining experience was good, albeit a bit simple. Overall, a fantastic stay with great value for money.

My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of historic downtown with easy access to all the high-end designer shops and tourist spots. The rooms, however, were rather dated, especially the bathroom facilities, and my room faced a white decrepit wall, which wasn't the most uplifting view.

I had a comfortable stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, though choosing a room not on the first floors is recommended to avoid cigarette smoke smell from the hallway. The early garbage clearing at 06:30 was a bit inconvenient.
